Our internships typically last 2-3 months, with both summer and year-round opportunities available. Exceptional interns may be offered extended internships or entry-level positions.
Interns are assigned to specific practice groups based on their interests and the firm's needs. Each intern works closely with a supervising lawyer who provides guidance and feedback throughout the program.

The selection process typically includes an initial application review, a written test, and interviews with HR and practice group representatives. Successful candidates will be notified within 2-3 weeks of their interview.
"My internship at Winslow Law Co provided invaluable practical experience that complemented my legal education. I worked on real matters alongside experienced lawyers who were generous with their time and knowledge. The skills and connections I developed during my internship helped me secure a junior associate position at the firm."
- Former Intern, now Junior Associate
"The Winslow Law Co internship program exceeded my expectations. Instead of doing basic administrative tasks, I was involved in substantive legal work from day one. The feedback I received from my supervising lawyer helped me develop practical skills that weren't taught in law school. The experience confirmed my interest in corporate law and helped shape my career path."
